Nano-XPLC

Nano XPLC is an ultra-high pressure HPLC system of the nanoscale flow rate. Its ultra high pressure pump is able to reach 20,000 psi, far higher than the regular HPLC at only 5,000~7,000 psi. Users thus are free to choose longer (up to 100 cm) or nanoscale columns to conduct the complicated analysis of protein efficiently and effectively. The CVC exclusive technology of splitless nano flow rate pump allows precise, accurate, and reproducible ultra-high pressure nano-XPLC. Thanks to the patented “Closed-loop Digital Motion-Control Technology”.

Nano XPLC provides high sensitivity, stability and reproducibility. It is suitable for connection with mass spectrometer of ABI, Bruker, ThermoFisher, or Waters. It enhances the separation rate greatly to extract more components, superiorly benefiting the researches of polypeptide, protein and other bio-macromolecules. The combination of ultra-high pressure capability (20,000 psi) and nanoscale column is able to increase the precision and speed of analysis.

After three years of research, CVC develops the “Biomarkers Quantification Screening System,” an integrated system of Nano XPLC, mass spectrometer and Label-free software platform. The system enables MS to select biomarkers accurately and rapidly via the CVC ProteoMarker Q Hunter quantification and qualification of biomarker.
